V2V Leg 1

A;though I was not able to secure a block of rooms for the event, The Quality Inn in Half Moon Bay/Miramar showed 7 reg and 2 special needs avail though hotels.com... It is 3 blocks from the Miramar Beach, which will be the launching point of the ride to the Gold Dust West on jun 22.  The Miramar Inn shares the same driveway if we require overflow.

If timing and traffic allows, we should be able to stop at 3 Victory Eagle Memorials on this ride.

Tentatively speaking, a 8:30 am departure would allow for the stops, and sun position issues of eastward travel in June

The ride this year will be via 92 to 4 to the Contra Costa fairgrounds to the eagle, then 160 to Sacramento to the eagle at Land Park, then 80 to Truckee to see the third eagle on this route. The around the shoulder of lake Tahoe to 50 and the gold dust.

Lunch is unscheduled currently.
