Valley of the Sun Victory Riders is hosting a group ride on June 17, 2023 to Mt. Lemmon in Tucson, AZ.
One of the group's favorites, we're calling this the "Fire & Ice Ride."  We'll be leaving the extreme, triple-digit temperatures of Phoenix (FIRE) and heading to the cool mountain air of Mount Lemmon (ICE). With a summit elevation of 9,159 feet, Mount Lemmon is the highest point in the Santa Catalina Mountains. It is located in the Coronado National Forest north of Tucson.
No fan of the hot temps, our ride captain would like to get an early start. Here's the game plan: 
West & Northsiders:  Meet up at Denny's located at 2717 W Bell Rd (aka the “Orphanage”) for 6 a.m. departure. East & Southsiders: Meet the group at the Apache Junction Chevron, Idaho Rd. & US 60 at 7 a.m. Tucsonans: Meet at Speedway Gas, 12885 N Oracle Rd., Oracle Jct. around 8:30 a.m. Enjoy brunch at Iron Door, Mt. Lemmon Ski Resort about 10:30 a.m. The return trip basically will be the same, taking time to enjoy the “FIRE” inferno we will encounter coming back to the Phoenix Metro area.

Event Name: 2023 VMC Great Lakes Regional Meet Tip Of The Mitt, Grayling, Michigan Event Dates: Friday July 14 – Sunday July 16, 2023 Event Location: Ramada Inn, Grayling, Michigan Event Description: The Northern Michigan, Wolverine and West Michigan Chapters of the VMC will sponsor the Great Lakes Regional Meet for 2023. The primary hotel be the Ramada Inn. Please contact the hotel directly for your room at 989-348-7611 and request the VMC regional rally. Their block of rooms include: 15 Double Queen Rooms First Floor Exterior: $95/night 5 Double Queen Rooms First Floor Poolside: $100/night 30 Double Queen Rooms Second Floor (10 Exterior View, 15 Overlooking Pool): $90/night There is a secondary hotel (Days Inn) right next door and within walking distance. However we have not reserved a block of rooms there. So reserve early if you plan to stay there. Also the Ramada Inn has graciously again offered their parking lot for a nominal fee for those that want to camp at the venue. We will have a social event on Friday night, guided rides on Friday and Saturday and a dinner Saturday night. Our Charity is the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics and we will have fundraising opportunities for them. Valley of the Sun Victory Riders is hosting a group ride on July 22, 2023 to Lake Mary / Flagstaff, AZ.
Yet another northern ride to escape the valley heat - we'll be heading to Flagstaff by way of Happy Jack & Lake Mary (well, what's left of the lake anyway).  
Meet up at Denny's located at 2717 W Bell Rd (aka the “Orphanage”) for 8 a.m. departure, then head 75 miles north on I-17 to Camp Verde. This will be a mandatory gas and potty stop, as we escape civilization and enter the pines - and not reach another gas station or restroom for another 45 miles / 60 mins. 
Well continue east on AZ 260 towards Strawberry then north on Lake Mary Road thru Happy Jack and Mormon Lake, ending up at Bun Huggers in Flagstaff for lunch before noon.
After lunch, we'll head back down I-17 south and either stop back in Camp Verde (55 miles / 50 mins) for gas and a pitstop, or can power thru to Mayer (80 miles / 80 mins).
After a little break, we'll end up back at Denny's.

The North Carolina Victory Family Meet and Ride will be September 22-25, 2022 in Maggie Valley, North Carolina.  The Host Motel (A Holiday Motel)will graciously host this event for the 13th year.  This is a no fee event which includes fellowship, beautiful daily mountain riding and bonfires.  Please come and enjoy your Victory Family from all up and down the East Coast and Mid South area.

Valley of the Sun Victory Riders is hosting a group ride on October 21, 2023 via Verde Valley Loop.
We'll be heading north to cooler climates as we tackle the beautiful Verde Valley Loop. Twisty mountain roads, fresh air, pine trees, grasslands, open desert and historic towns are all on the agenda for a nice 320-mile day-long ride that will include a brunch stop in beautiful Cottonwood.
Let's meet up at Denny's (aka the Orphanage) at 2717 W Bell Rd. with kick stands up at 7:30 a.m. We'll then ride and meet up with our east-side friends at 8:30 a.m. at the Fort McDowell Chevron  (10180 N Fort McDowell Rd) before heading north on our day's adventure

Is it Bagdad or Baghdad? Well... unless you want to go to the capitol of Iraq, it's gonna have to be Bagdad, AZ -- a cool, little copper mining community in the western part of the state. 
The ride (from Phoenix to Wickenburg, Congress, Yarnell, and then Bagdad) is filled with desert beauty and lots of twists and turns in both directions. It's perfect for us motorcyclists!
As always, let's meet up at the “orphanage" (a.k.a. Denny's Restaurant at 2717 W Bell Rd.) at 7:15 a.m. (Kick stands up at 7:30 a.m.)  We will enjoy a breakfast stop at the Diner on Main in beautiful downtown Bagdad.

It's time for our annual Holiday breakfast ride as we travel to the world famous Tortilla Flat Saloon for some good mornin' grub. It may not be an endurance ride, but it's filled with lots of fun twists and turns!
Let's meet up at the orphanage (Denny’s located at 2717 W Bell Rd) at 7:45 a.m. with departure time set for 8 a.m.
East-siders, please meet us at the QT located at 9229 E University at 8:45 a.m. with kick-stands up at 9 a.m.
We should arrive at Tortilla Flats around 9:45 a.m.

We start in Ontario, Ca.  10 days later we are mission complete in Arlington, Va.   This Run was started in 1998 by a couple Vietnam Veterans to raise awareness of our POWs/ MIAs.  As of Sept. 30, 2022 there are more than 81,500 (from all US conflicts since WW2) MIA or POWs.  Their families have had no closure on.  All they know for sure is that their Loved One went to war and never returned.  You can do one day or as many as you want, more info is available at RFTW.US...

The 2020 and 2021 Runs were cancelled due to COVID-19, the 2022 Run saw MANY new riders!!  The 2023 Run For The Wall is  ON.  Registration opened Sept 11th, hotel info and Run details should be finalized  by Jan. 1st 2023
