Here's more detail about this leg.

Many have requested the Colorado leg take the same route as two years ago.  I won’t go over all the details of the route except to say we’ll be starting at the Comfort Inn Fort Morgan, going through Ft. Collins, up US 287 to Laramie, WY, then lunch at the Bear Bottom Bar & Grill in Centennial, WY.  We'll continue west along the Snowy Range Rd all the way to Baggs, WY, then finishing at the Quality Inn and Suites in Craig, CO.  Gas and rest stops will be determined according to what type of bikes attendees are riding.  Here’s a link to the route: https://goo.gl/maps/nUQ7NfkexseZ5MGx6

Any idea on when wheels up will be? I’m in Denver, and my buddies and I are contemplating meeting in Fort Morgan by wheels up and joining the ride through Centennial for lunch, then peel off back toward home.

Wheels up will probably be 0900.  We've got quite a few miles on this leg considering the route we're taking so we need to get on the road kinda early.

How many "buddies" are we talking about?

It is a good year to avoid the Poudre Canyon (Hwy 14).  I’ve ridden that twice in the last few weeks, and the tar snakes are bad.  Last weekend we saw that the snakes claimed a H/D just below Mishawaka.  287 is in great shape!
